It is known that since 4.0 Android Ice Cream Sandwich version, we have no access to the Flash player, or even download it from Android Market. It was one of the great advantages of Android OS over the competition (Apple).
But I will show in what follows a pretty simple way to install and enjoy the Flash Player on tablets and phones running the latest version of Android, 4.4+ KitKat.
Install Flash Player on Android 4.4 Kit Kat
- You need to download the Google Play Dolphin Browser, the only browser that supports this little trick.
- Install the app, open it and navigate to the Settings section (of the application) by clicking the icon in the shape of a dolphin which appears on the left side (bottom) of the screen. The pictures below will help you understand better.
-In the Settings menu, navigate to web content box, launch it and from the flash player box choose always on exactly like from the picture below.
- Now, download Adobe Flash Player 11.1.apk from here. Being an apk. file not coming from Google Play, your device might not want to install it, but you can fix this by entering the menu -> settings -> and ticking the box of unknown sources.
After you have installed the application on the device you have access to videos in Flash format on Android 4.4 KitKat.
*devices with older generation processors can have lag when playing videos.
